By accessing or using FlowParser.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
FlowParser.io is an AI-powered SaaS application that helps individuals and businesses extract and categorize transaction data from bank statements. The Service provides access to bank statement processing through an AI-powered extraction interface that converts PDF files into structured CSV data.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is currently free to use until further notice. We reserve the right to introduce subscription fees and payment requirements in the future. If and when we begin charging for the Service, we will provide reasonable notice to users. The following subsections (4.1-4.3) will apply when subscription and payment terms are implemented.
When implemented, the Service will be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be specified at the time of purchase. All fees will be non-refundable except as required by law.
When payment is required, payments will be processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
When subscription plans are implemented, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your billing period.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Service without our prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowParser.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlowParser.io and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
